Do unused studio hours roll over?
Yes. Any unused hours roll over indefinitely, so you can save them for a future shoot when you need more studio time.
What happens if I need more hours?
You can purchase additional studio time at your discounted membership rate. There’s no need to upgrade your membership just because you have a busier month.
Can I access the studio anytime?
Yes. Members receive a dedicated door code for self-entry, giving you the flexibility to access the studio without needing a staff member on site. All studio time must still be reserved in advance before arriving.
Is there a limit to how many people I can bring?
No. There’s no maximum crew or client count for member shoots, so you can bring the people your production requires.
Does my Studio Membership include content creation or production services?
No. Studio Memberships are designed for photographers, videographers, and creative teams who want to use the studio with their own equipment and crew. Our done-for-you strategy, production, and editing services are offered separately through Content Creation.
Can I use my membership for client shoots?
Absolutely. The studio is yours to use for your own creative projects or paid client work during your reserved time.
Do I need to bring my own camera equipment?
Yes. Studio Memberships provide access to the studio space, built-in lighting, and included studio gear and amenities. You’ll bring your own cameras, lenses, and any production-specific equipment you need.
